By accessing or using Next Level One ("NL1") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
NL1 provides AI-powered business intelligence and executive assistance tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscription fees are billed annually as stated at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All content, trademarks, and technology associated with NL1 are the property of Next Level One. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
NL1 provides AI-generated insights for informational purposes. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI outputs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By providing your mobile number and opting in to SMS, you consent to receive text messages from Next Level One related to updates, offers, account notifications, and customer support.
Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (843) 203-8536. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service and the type of messages you have opted in to receive (for example, account notifications, customer support replies, or promotional updates).
Message & Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages based on your interactions with our service. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Opt-In Method: SMS opt-in is collected exclusively through the chat widget on this website. By submitting the chat form with the SMS consent checkbox checked, you authorize Bellemont Capital Partners LLC (DBA Next Level One) to send text messages to the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
